Used. This system is in good cosmetic condition, clean all over. The only thing that even smells faintly of coffee is the server.

This machine is in good working condition. We ran it through a complete fill/heat/brew cycle with no difficulty. The hot faucet works. NO other testing was done. No manuals, cords/cables, or additional items are included if not listed or shown.
