Patented Soft Heat technology allows you to warm the contents of your   server from 175 to 190 degrees Fahrenheit and automatically shuts off the   heater once it has reached your desired temperature, helping to prevent   over-brewing or scalding for a more consistent product. Three preset timed   cycles, meanwhile, allow you to brew in 0.5, 1, or 1.5 gallon batches to   help control portion sizes for various times of the day.
