i aquired this from a sports bar auction that closed...works 100%...has extra side spout for on demand hot water..this unit was hooked up directly to water supply on back -so you never add water just turn on start switch and within a minute you will have pot of coffee but also you can add water like i did on top via cover....comes with 2 pots also has the metal coffee basket not plastic...very nice commercial grade unit....no shipping pickup only.......9374230162
