(4) Working zones, overall 78" max. width cap.; (1) CNC controlled head assembly: (1) Vertical  & (1) horizontal head with rapid side-to-side traverse; boring, glueing & insertion unit, 2 HP - 3,500 RPM drill motor.
Equipped with: (8) Vertical pneumatic holddown clamps, function selector control for boring only or doweling, adjustable drilling speed; 1-9/16" (40 mm) max. dowel length, setup for 6 or 8 mm dowel dia., (1) dowel inserter; height adjustment for up to 1-1/8" material thickness with digital readout.
Includes: CNC 15" Color controller for function & part programming and program storage.
Complete with: (1) 18" Dia. vibratory feed hopper, totally sealed electronically metered glue system with 1-button flushing, 100 PSI high power glue pump, 2.5-gal. glue tank, anti-slip table surface, and centralized dust collection manifold.
