1lb Pure Raw Sourwood Honey - Unheated, unfiltered from our apiaries on top of Tray Mountain at over 3200' of elevation with bees foraging up to 4000'.  The higher the elevation, usually the greater the purity of the sourwood honey.  The honey tastes of buttery, cinammony caramel with hints of anise on the finish.  It is truly magical.  Please beware of fake or blended Sourwood honey.  If you are not satisfied with our Sourwood, please return it for a full refund.  We are that confident of our honey!
