This is a nice condition unissued 1977 Minnesota m/c
dealer plate. It has slight storage scuff marks, and paper-stuck marks from the included original mailer envelope
. Most of these have some kind of sheeting and/or paint blemish.
Please look at the photos and feel free to ask questions BEFore you purchase. As far as running this on a vintage bike, I would say contact the state's DMV and 'run the numbers'. I offer this as a display item-only, for either your motorcycle, man cave wall, garage and so forth.
